Details:

Hi – a little bit of factual information on my background.

Although I was born in Germany, I grew up bilingually (German/English) because I moved to the United States at a young age.
In the United States I went through all stages of schooling and completed my studies with a university degree.

Having lived and worked for many years on both sides of the Atlantic (USA/Germany), I have gained a deep understanding of the subtleties of both languages which I apply as a teacher to
a student's professional (business) as well everyday life situation.

My teaching also focuses on grammar, speaking/writing and pronunciation.

I can also prepare my students for important
examinations e.g. BEC.

I really look forward to assisting future students in their
effort to improve their foreign language skills.

For the training I would use accessible student's books such as New English File(English) and Alltag&Beruf (German) or teaching material in PDF format.

I will offer an initial free 20 minute conversation with prospective students via skype to get to know the student and assess his/her needs in order to create a studies plan.
